09 29 2022 l received my 6th patent approval and final Patent of my portfolio (a product Patent) and 3 previous U.S. Patent Numbers #US11254609, US9700987B1 and US9808905B2 which are method Patents. Maybe now with the International Trade Commission, possibly I can obtain a General Exclusion Order from the International Trade Commission, disallowing all shipments of FireGlass into the United States throughout its 330 ports of entry. This would enforce our rights to Exclude others:
the patent gives the patent owner the right to exclude others from making, using, selling, or importing the invention. Nonprovisional (Utility) Patent Application Filing Guide | USPTO see introduction.
With a new way of thinking, if we/ I can stop importation, rejected products will be destroyed or sent back to their origin, unless they opt to have the product licensed, the actual amount will need to be discussed, possibly $.50 lb. With over 2,000,000 lbs. per day coming in to the U.S. alone from China. Verified by www.ImportGenius.com and www.Panjiva.com . Then there are the infringement law suits going back to 2015, treble damages, several other Patent violations.

Attorneys will be busy. These are the world’s most infringement Patents in all of history (we believe). With several thousand infringers in the U.S. alone the market is and may be ours to tame. I am looking to step down, go on with my life and pass operations to more qualified individuals. Stopping importation will be a task in itself, The I.T.C. (International Trade Commission) has appointed their lead counsel to assist us/ me in this massive Patent infringement at the ports.
I am interested in attorneys who can and will work on a contingency basis and who are qualified and capable . There is a lot to be had, lot of work, great rewards.
